Refund Policies For:

Intensive English/Professional Programs

Part-time / Corporate Training

TESL/TEFL Teacher Training



Intensive English Program and Professional Programs

Students who do not attend any classes in which they have already enrolled (who cancel their enrollment) will receive a refund of all tuition paid less $210.00 application fee.

For students who choose to leave the program or are withdrawn from the program during the first week for which tuition has been paid, a refund of all of the tuition paid, less $210.00 application fee, will be made. The refund will be calculated based on the student's last date of attendance. No refunds will be made for students who drop or are withdrawn after the first week of class of a 4-week term.



Part-Time Program and Corporate Training

Students who do not attend any classes or cancel their enrollment, will receive a refund of all of the tuition paid.

For students who leave or are withdrawn from the program during the first week of class, a refund of all of the unused tuition will be paid. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the student's last date of attendance. Students who leave or are withdrawn from the program after the first week of class will not receive a refund.

Students who are not admitted to the program or are not able to obtain a visa to enter the country will receive a full refund of all tuition paid.

All refunds will be made within 30 days of the drop date (within 30 days of the last date of attendance or the date upon which the student is withdrawn from the course.)

Homestay: The $150 homestay application fee is non-refundable.



TESL/TEFL Teacher Training

Three-month and nine-month programs:
Students who do not attend any classes in which they have already enrolled (who cancel their enrollment) will receive a refund of all tuition paid less a $100.00 application fee.

For students who choose to leave the program or are withdrawn from the program during the first term for which tuition has been paid, a refund of all of the unused portion of the tuition paid, less a $100.00 application fee, will be made. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the student's last date of attendance.

For students who drop or are withdrawn from the program during the second term, a refund of 25% of the unused portion of the tuition less a $100.00 application fee, will be made.

No refunds will be made for students who drop or are withdrawn after the second term.

Students who are not admitted to the program or are unable to obtain a visa to enter the country will receive a full refund of all tuition paid less $100.00 application fee.

All refunds will be made within 30 days of the drop date (last date of attendance).
