Intensive English Program
During or before the student's 1st term at CSE:
Cancellation by the student and no attendance in any classes: Refund=all tuition paid.
Withdrawal by the student during the first week of class: No refund.
2nd and Subsequent terms:
Cancellation by the student and no attendance in any classes: Refund=all tuition paid.
Cancellation by the student and attendance during part or all of the 1st week only: Refund=all tuition paid less $210
Cancellation by the student and attendance during part or all of the 1st & 2nd weeks only: Refund=all tuition paid less $420
Cancellation by the student and attendance past the 2nd week: No refund.
Part-Time Program, Corporate Training & Professional Program
Cancellation by the student and no attendance in any classes: Refund=all tuition paid.
Cancellation by the student and attendance during part or all of the 1st week only: Refund=all tuition paid less 1 week's tuition.
Cancellation by the student and attendance during part or all of the 1st & 2nd weeks only: Refund=all tuition paid less 2 week's tuition.
Cancellation by the student and attendance past the 2nd week: No Refund, No Rescheduling.
A student who applied through an agent - will get the same refund policy listed above less any commission fee.
All refunds will be made within 30 days of the drop date (within 30 days of the last date of attendance or the date upon which the student is withdrawn from the course.)
Homestay: The $150 homestay application fee is non-refundable.
TESL/TEFL Teacher Training
Three-month and nine-month programs:
Students who do not attend any classes in which they have already enrolled (who cancel their enrollment) will receive a refund of all tuition paid less a $100.00 application fee.
For students who choose to leave the program or are withdrawn from the program during the first term for which tuition has been paid, a refund of all of the unused portion of the tuition paid, less a $100.00 application fee, will be made. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the student's last date of attendance.
For students who drop or are withdrawn from the program during the second term, a refund of 25% of the unused portion of the tuition less a $100.00 application fee, will be made.
No refunds will be made for students who drop or are withdrawn after the second term.
Students who are not admitted to the program or are unable to obtain a visa to enter the country will receive a full refund of all tuition paid less $100.00 application fee.
All refunds will be made within 30 days of the drop date (last date of attendance).
